In anticipation of the upcoming San Mateo County Shuttle Program Call for Projects, tentatively scheduled to be released this coming December, the San Mateo County Transportation Authority (TA), in conjunction w/ the City County Association of Governments of San Mateo County (C/CAG), SamTrans and Commute.Org, invites you to attend a Shuttle Technical Assistance Workshop.

This workshop will provide an overview of shuttle best practices with respect to the planning and administration of shuttles so potential shuttle applicants can submit more cost effective and productive shuttle proposals.
All public entities that are considering submitting an application for shuttle funding for the Fiscal Years 2019 and 2020 are strongly encouraged to attend. All applicants for new shuttles, as well as applicants that desire to continue existing shuttles that currently do not meet the established performance benchmarks for operating cost per passenger and passengers per service hour, will be required to receive shuttle technical assistance in order to be eligible to receive funding from the competitive San Mateo County Shuttle Program.
