The City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County (C/CAG) is looking to update it’s Comprehensive Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. Originally drafted in 2011, the Plan works with 26 other countywide agencies to incorporate elements such as the Countywide Bikeway Network and Bicycle and Pedestrian Facility Improvements. This Request for Proposals is enlisted to all consultants familiar with Bicycle and Pedestrian programs, projects, and plans or areas similarly vested in Active Transportation in San Mateo County and like environments.
