Title VI Complaint Procedure

Federal law prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, or disability in any program or activity conducted by C/CAG. This prohibition applies to the C/CAG, as well as its contractors, consultants, and any other parties acting on behalf of the C/CAG.

Any individual who believes they have been subjected to discrimination by C/CAG on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, or disability may file a Title VI complaint. The procedures below describe the process for submitting and investigating such complaints.

C/CAG will process Title VI complaints that are submitted within 180 calendar days of the alleged discriminatory incident. Complaints must be complete and include the complainant’s contact information, a description of the alleged discrimination, and the complainant’s signature.
